Snack shack is the team's biggest fundraiser and we need your help. Dolphins and Flippers, all families are required to sign up to work at least 3 shifts at the snack shack during the swim season. Volunteer Requirements
Did you know it takes a minimum of 32 people to run a swim meet?
All families with registered flippers and dolphins must complete 3 food donations, work 3 meets and work 3 snack shack or pay $250/family.
Snack Shack – All families (both Dolphins and Flippers) must sign up to work at least 3 shifts at the snack shack during the swim season.
Timing and Officiating – Families of all Dolphin swimmers who swim in A and/or B meets must sign up to work at least 3 meets (timing, officiating, concessions, MCSL official, etc.) and those of Flippers who swim in A and/or B meets must sign up to work at least the same amount of meets your child swims. For example, if your flipper swimmer swims in 1 A meet and 1 B meet, parents are required to volunteer at 2 meets. (timing, officiating, concessions, MCSL official, etc.)
Flipper Families – At least one parent of a Flipper must sign up to work the mini meet (list will be provided prior to the mini meet)
Food Contribution for Concessions – All families will be asked to contribute 3 food and/or drink items total to sell at home meets.
If you do not meet your volunteer requirements, a $250.00/per family fee will be collected at the end of the season. You will see this charge when you check out but will not be charged at this moment. You will only be charged if you do not complete the volunteer requierments.
